Certamen de tunas de Sevilla 2020 y 2021 - SUSPENDED

In 2020 and 2021, the "Certamen de tunas de Sevilla" were not held due to the pandemic caused by COVID 2019.

This video was recorded during the confinement caused by the pandemic due to COVID-19. This is the song "Aunque no sea conmigo", belonging to our new album "Vuelve a cantar", commemorating the 25th anniversary of our Tuna. This song was going to be released at the "Certamen de tunas de Sevilla 2020", which had to be postponed sine die by the aforementioned pandemic.

The videos shown here were recorded by non-proffessional cammera during the 20th century in VHS format, and converted later into digital format. For that reason the quality of the recording is a bit poor. Despite the quality of the video, they still show the progress of the Tuna during the first 5 years, from the first contest in 1995 (or “Certamen”) right after its foundation in 1994 until 1999.

We do not have any recording of the contest of 1996. Should anybody have any VHS video with such recording, we would gladly thank to receive a message or contact details so that we can obtain it.
